Job Posting: Site Director
About Us
Lure of the Wild is a fully-outdoor day camp operating in the public and private woodlands of Central Maryland. Our state-certified program uses the power of play to help children grow naturally, with careful observation and minimal adult intervention.
We partner with government agencies, private entities, and nonprofits to create spaces where children can explore, connect, and experience awe in nature.
Our staff is committed to supporting children’s physical and emotional development while fostering a deeper connection with nature. We aim to expand comfort zones for everyone involved—children, parents, and staff alike.
