Payment and Reservations
Prompt Payment Reserves Your Camper's Space
If you choose to send a check by mail, we will hold your slot for two weeks from the date of your invoice, plus an additional grace period if your slot remains available thereafter. If there is a waitlist, your space will go to the next person after the two week hold.
Wait lists
Registration is limited and is first-come-first-served. If a session you want is full, it is recommended that you join the wait list. Wait lists often do move, and we fill empty spaces up to the session start date.
Payment Plans
One single payment is preferred, but you may also set up a payment schedule at checkout. Please note: Late payments may result in loss of your space on the roster. Please refer to your emailed invoice or contact us directly for payment questions/instructions.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
30+ Days Before Camp Start
Cancellation by email 30+ days prior to the first affected camp week’s start date will receive a refund for paid registration less 25% for processing and administration.
Fewer than 30 Days Before Camp Start
Cancellation by email fewer than 30 days prior to the first affected camp week’s start date will receive a credit for total paid registration less 25% for processing and administration. Credits are non-transferable, and once booked, they are non-reusable and non-reschedulable.
No refunds or credits.
Refunds are not available less than 14 days prior to the first affected session start date.
Attendance Policy
There are no refunds for missed camp days and programs.
Health Related
There are no refunds for camper illness. If camp is cancelled due to government-mandated health measures (i.e. COVID-19), refunds will be issued less 25% in processing and administrative fees. Alternately customers can opt to receive full credit for a future Lure of the Wild camp offering valid through one year from the originally scheduled session or program date.
Weather Related
Camp operates rain or shine. We do not issue refunds due to weather-related cancellations or closures. See our weather policy for more details.
